Tinahely Agricultural Show 2024

‘A Lived Experience’ - Tinahely Agricultural Show invites you to celebrate the richness and diversity of Co Wicklow at the 2024 Show.

The official launch of the 2024 Tinahely Agricultural Show took place in picturesque Tinahely Village on Thursday July 4th, where details were announced for this annual celebration of rural life. The Tinahely Show is recognized as being one of the ‘Big 3’ agricultural shows in the country and attracts over 20,000 people each year from all over the country, due to the range of exhibits, displays, musical entertainment, competitions and events to suit all the family. 

Highlights for the 2024 show announced today include:

• The ‘Best of Wicklow’ exhibition returns and will showcase even more of what makes County Wicklow exceptional. Wicklow’s greatest ambassador and celebrity chef, Catherine Fulvio, will be on the Wicklow Naturally stage, sharing some of her amazing recipes using Wicklow-sourced ingredients.  Wicklow’s greatest ambassador and celebrity chef, Catherine Fulvio will be on Wicklow Naturally stage to share some of her amazing recipes using Wicklow sourced ingredients. Emer O'Gorman, Chief Executive of Wicklow County Council, expressed delight at the council's support for this showcase of Wicklow’s best to both rural and urban audiences.  
• COUNTRY MUSIC STAR - Olivia Douglas and her band will headline a fantastic musical lineup. Known for her signature song 'Leaving Tipperary,' Olivia, from Ferbane in Offaly, has much to smile about over the last few years. The entertainment line-up also includes Jack Keogh, Theresa and The Stars and Alistair Fingelton.
• The show will also feature all the usual attractions that provide the unique blend of agricultural competitions, entertainment, crafts, novelty events and amusements for all the family including:
  • Local, national, and championship livestock competitions
  • Massive trade stand display with over 400 businesses showcasing their services and products

We are looking forward to welcoming them back in 2024,” said Chairperson Margaret Healy. “The Tinahely Show is a fun day out for the whole family, with attractions and entertainment galore throughout the day for young and old.”
